Sharon Beckman-Brindley

Sharon Beckman-Brindley, Ph.D., is an Insight Dialogue Teacher who has taught Insight Dialogue retreats worldwide. She also is a co-founder and senior teacher of the Insight Meditation Community in Charlottesville, VA. A clinical psychologist with over 30 years of both meditation experience and practice as a psychotherapist, she has a special interest in developing programs for mental health professionals. She writes a blog (sharonbb.org) whose aim is to integrate western psychological understandings with the wisdom teachings of Buddhist psychology.
