Sharon Beckman-Brindley

Sharon Beckman-Brindley, Ph.D., is an Insight Dialogue Teacher who has taught Insight Dialogue retreats worldwide. She also is a co-founder and senior teacher of the Insight Meditation Community in Charlottesville, VA. A clinical psychologist with over 30 years of both meditation experience and practice as a psychotherapist, she has a special interest in developing programs for mental health professionals. Gary Steinberg

Gary Steinberg is an Insight Dialogue Teacher. Over the years he has served many roles within Metta Programs, including Program Director for online offerings, Executive Director, and member of the Teachers’ Council. Gary teaches silent meditation, Insight Dialogue, Dharma Contemplation, and other forms of sutta study. In addition, he has taught meditation to elementary, middle school, high school, and college students. Gary has studied and practiced meditation since 1990 under the guidance of a variety of teachers, including Gregory Kramer, Achan Sobin Namto, Venerable Punnaji, Kenneth Folk, and Bhikkhu Bodhi. Phyllis K. Hicks

Phyllis Hicks, DMin, NCLPC is an Insight Dialogue Teacher and teaches Insight Dialogue retreats worldwide. Bhikkhu Sukhacitto

Bhikkhu Sukhacitto is an Insight Dialogue Teacher. He was born in Germany in 1963 and first came into contact with Buddhism in 1986 in Thailand by attending a meditation retreat, offered through Wat Suan Mokkh.
