Gregory Kramer

Sharon Beckman-Brindley

Sharon Beckman-Brindley, Ph.D., is an Insight Dialogue Teacher who has taught Insight Dialogue retreats worldwide. As a clinical psychologist, Sharon has served as team leader for Metta’s Relational Insight Meditation Program. She also served on the Metta Programs’ Teachers Council. Gary Steinberg

Gary Steinberg is an Insight Dialogue Teacher. Over the years he has served many roles within Metta Programs, including Program Director for online offerings, Executive Director, and member of the Teachers’ Council. Gary teaches silent meditation, Insight Dialogue, Dharma Contemplation, and other forms of sutta study. In addition, he has taught meditation to elementary, middle school, high school, and college students. Phyllis K. Hicks

Phyllis Hicks, DMin, NCLPC is an Insight Dialogue Teacher and teaches Insight Dialogue retreats worldwide.  She is a team leader for the Interpersonal Mindfulness Program, has been a faculty member for Metta’s Relational Insight Meditation Program, and serves on Metta Programs Teachers’ Council. Anne Michel

Anne Michel is an Insight Dialogue Teacher. She facilitates Insight Dialogue groups in Switzerland and leads Insight Dialogue and Vipassana retreats throughout Europe. Florence Meleo-Meyer is an Insight Dialogue Teacher.  She teaches courses and retreats in Interpersonal Mindfulness, which is based on Insight Dialogue. Bhikkhu Sukhacitto

Bhikkhu Sukhacitto is an Insight Dialogue Teacher. He was born in Germany in 1963 and first came into contact with Buddhism in 1986 in Thailand by attending a meditation retreat, offered through Wat Suan Mokkh. Patricia Genoud-Feldman

Patricia Genoud-Feldman is an Insight Dialogue Teacher, offering retreats in Europe. She began practicing Vipassana and Brahma Vihara on intensive retreats and Dzogchenin in Asia in 1984. Her two main teachers were Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche and Sayadaw U Pandita. Bhante Anuruddha

The Venerable Anuruddha Thero Karuwelagaswewa is an Insight Dialogue Teacher in Training. He was born in Sri Lanka in 1971. Carol Hendershot

Carol Hendershot, E-RYT 500, is a Certified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Instructor and a co-founder of the Grand Rapids Center for Mindfulness. She has taught Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) in the Grand Rapids Area since 2008 and has led hundreds of students through the MBSR program. Carol is also trained in Interpersonal Mindfulness and has taught four 8-Week IMP Courses. She is also trained in and teaches Mindful Self-Compassion. Tuere Sala

Tuere Sala is is a guest teacher with Metta Programs and a guiding teacher at Seattle Insight Meditation Society. She is a retired prosecuting attorney who has practiced Vipassana meditation for over 25 years. Tuere believes that urban meditation is the foundation for today’s practitioner’s path to liberation. She is inspired by bringing the Dharma to nontraditional places, and is a strong advocate for practitioners living with high stress, past trauma, and difficulties sitting still. Her teachings reflect an approach to Dharma that is easy to follow and understand, making it accessible to everyone.

Anna-Brown Griswold is a licensed psychotherapist in Seattle and has been practicing, studying, and sharing the dharma for over 20 years. Anita Bermont

Anita Bermont, MA, facilitates Insight Dialogue in online and in-person offerings. She first encountered Insight Dialogue in the mid-90’s. The practice spoke strongly to her tentative heart, and with this recognition came a deep commitment to participating in the first face-to-face practice group. As the years have gone by, her commitment to Insight Dialogue has been strengthened and enhanced by taking refuge in the Buddhist path. Anita has a Masters in Buddhist Studies from Maitripa College in Portland, Oregon. Aine Howard

Aine Howard facilitates Insight Dialogue in online and in-person offerings. She is a member of Metta’s Facilitators’ Cohort and previously participated in the Relational Insight Meditation program for healthcare professionals. Aine is a Certified Center for Nonviolent Communication (CNVC) Trainer. She first encountered Insight Dialogue in 2007. Before that she spent 20 years on Triratna and Vipassana retreats, but it was Insight Dialogue that most deepened her understanding of buddhadharma and practice in daily life.
