Online Introduction to Insight Dialogue

With Anita Bermont, Dave Leggatt and Harald Reiter

April 13 - June 1, 2020

The Online Introduction to Insight Dialogue is an eight-week offering that covers the Insight Dialogue guidelines using Dhamma teachings as a contemplative frame. The program focuses on the core elements of this relational Dhamma practice. Participants will meet for eight consecutive weeks in real-time via ZOOM for 90 minutes. Each week will include instruction on each guideline and experienced directly in contemplative dialogue practice. What is offered will be informed by the 3 Bases of Insight Dialogue; wisdom factors, meditative qualities, and relationality.

Prerequisites: Some prior meditation experience is required for participation. This can include a consistent silent/solitary meditation practice or prior experience with mindfulness or meditation courses or retreats. Please direct your questions on this subject to [email protected]

Limited Space: Due to the nature of online practice there are a limited number of spaces available. Out of respect to all who wish to participate, we ask, that before registering, you are committed to attending all sessions for the duration of the course. Naturally, we will be flexible with extenuating circumstances that arise during this time. People will be accepted on a first come first serve basis and their ability to commit to attending all sessions.

Zoom meeting room number will be emailed prior to the start of course.

If you have any questions about your participation, please contact Anita Bermont at [email protected]
