Metta Programs offers specific relational meditation practices and teachings in support of wisdom, truth, relinquishment, and peace. Its central offering is a relational understanding of early Buddhist teachings and the innovative, structured meditation practice of Insight Dialogue. To support practice, Metta Programs offerings are available worldwide through retreats, online offerings, and via local practice communities that are facilitated by teachers and students trained in relational Dhamma and Insight Dialogue.
