Metta Foundation programs are offered freely; there is no cost, and all are welcome. On the internet, "free" usually means a site supported by advertising or product sales. Here we offer a host of carefully assembled and lovingly offered teachings—free from market influence. We are here only to support your awakening.
But our programs do cost money to develop and offer: internet hosting, staff time, software, and other expenses. It costs Metta thousands of dollars a year to operate. You can help our programs thrive, and at the same time cultivate within yourself the beautiful inclination towards generosity, or dana. This is a practice of the heart.
